Project enquiries
The enquiry form collects the name, email address and project details you choose to provide. Enquiries are saved to the private studio inbox and sent to nadcitadelofficial@gmail.com through FormSubmit so the studio can respond and discuss your project. Please do not submit passwords, payment information or sensitive manuscript material through these forms.
Website comments
Comments submitted through the Journal are saved to the studio’s moderation inbox. Comments are stored in the studio database for moderation. The comment form explains that approved comments and your display name may appear publicly. Your email address remains private. Studio replies may appear alongside approved comments.
Newsletter requests
The newsletter form is separate from project enquiries and requires your consent. Requests are handled manually by the studio. To stop receiving studio notes, reply to an email or contact nadcitadelofficial@gmail.com. A project enquiry does not automatically subscribe you.
Tools and downloads
The readiness check, writing goal calculator and brief builder run in your browser. Their answers are not submitted to the studio. Your brief is downloaded only when you request it. The free worksheets do not require signup.
Currency display preferences
The pricing calculator stores your selected currency and a dated exchange-rate cache in your browser. It requests public USD exchange rates from ExchangeRate-API when a refresh is needed; your project quantities, budget and enquiry details are not sent to that provider. Converted estimates are for planning and may differ from payment-provider rates.
Third-party services
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Form submissions use FormSubmit, which may present its own spam checks. External links, including Vimeo and Amazon KDP, have their own privacy terms. No advertising or analytics scripts have been added by NADCITADEL; hosting and form providers may process technical information under their own policies.
